Rodents To Humans: We Miss You!

The Chinavirus narratives are coming apart like a post-Trump Democrat Party. This emotional plea to the environmentalists is quite the farce.

Coronavirus: Starving cannibal rats in search of new food sources becoming ‘aggressive’, CDC warns

The next time somebody asks you why you think the CDC is full of lying shit, offer them this article.

Having already resorted to cannibalism and infanticide, rats in cities across the US have reportedly started behaving even more “unusually” as they branch out in search of new food sources during coronavirus lock-downs.

The Centres for Disease Control and Prevention issued a warning of “unusual or aggressive” rodents in areas with restaurants, bars and other commercial establishments closed over a prolonged period to slow the spread of Covid-19.

The vermin eating our trash are getting upset that trash isn’t being generated anymore? The CDC has time for kind of foolishness? I can see the fast-food dumpsters are at least as full as ever. Sounds like a few businesses haven’t been following the local health codes prior to this grossly misnamed pandemic.

“Community-wide closures have led to a decrease in food available to rodents, especially in dense commercial areas,” the CDC said.

[Insert crack about rabid environmentalists.]

“Some jurisdictions have reported an increase in rodent activity as rodents search for new sources of food. Environmental health and rodent control programmes may see an increase in service requests related to rodents and reports of unusual or aggressive rodent behaviour.”

How cute! They miss us!

The warning of a further escalation in rodent aggression comes after starving rats were reported to be at war with each other in the early days of the coronavirus lockdowns of early April.

This is not OK, Karen.

Bobby Corrigan, a rodentologist who specialises in vermin, told NBC News that rats were fighting to the death for who would survive.

“A new ‘army’ of rats comes in, and whichever army has the strongest rats is going to conquer that area. When you’re really, really hungry, you’re not going to act the same — you’re going to act very bad, usually.”

“So these rats are fighting with one another, now the adults are killing the young in the nest and cannibalizing the pups.”

Corrigan lives in New York City. I wish normies would start waking up to why that city is constantly in the news, alongside other indicators that our Elites live in a tightly-policed bubble of pseudoreality.

It has been over a month since the rodents began eating their babies, and the CDC is now urging health practitioners to advise residents and business owners on how to keep the roving rat packs out of homes as they search for new food sources.

Just don’t take the government’s money.

“Preventive actions include sealing up access into homes and businesses, removing debris and heavy vegetation, keeping garbage in tightly covered bins, and removing pet and bird food from their yards,” the CDC said.

Real Americans are tidy enough that we know this news isn’t for our ears. Migrants bring biodiversity!

Among the rodent-borne illnesses directly transmitted by rats are the plague, rat-bite fever, salmonellosis, and Weil’s disease.

No bubonic plague? Guess we ain’t taking about California for once.

At a press conference in March, New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell…

Just the name gave me flashbacks to the ghetto.

…said the lockdowns were “driving our rodents crazy” with a viral video showing a swarm of rats scurrying through an empty Bourbon Street.

“And what rodents do, they will find food and they will find water. That puts our street homeless in dire, dire straits. And that’s why I’m so laser-focused on it right now,” she reportedly said.

Nawlins is a swamp. They’d have rats regardless.

In Chicago, there have been reports of infestations in housing blocks as rats scour the city in search of food.

And rival gangs!

In New York, however, rat complaints are down across the city since the coronavirus lockdowns began, with the NYC Health Department resuming its pest control work in areas with high rat activity.

All the way at the end of the article, we learn that NYC is *no longer* a hotspot of vermin activity… ever since the Health Department’s not-Coronavirus personnel were finally deemed essential once again. This is a nothing ratburger of Leftoid cities being hellpits full of vermin, which we already knew from mainstream news personalities.

For the socialist, all consequences of social policy are unintended consequences because they aren’t trying to improve the world. They’re trying to improve their feelings or scam a fistful of dollars. By way of example, I looked up the CDC guidelines that this article referenced:

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/rodents.html

Turns out, the CDC has an entire, preexisting section on rodent control. That’s fine, rodents are a notorious disease vector, but notice from the URL that this guideline is in the CHINA-19 section. CHINA-19 is not spread by starving rats… possibly the only disease that isn’t?

Rodent Control

Jurisdictions have closed or limited service at restaurants and other commercial establishments to help limit the spread of COVID-19. Rodents rely on the food and waste generated by these establishments. Community-wide closures have led to a decrease in food available to rodents, especially in dense commercial areas. Some jurisdictions have reported an increase in rodent activity as rodents search for new sources of food. Environmental health and rodent control programs may see an increase in service requests related to rodents and reports of unusual or aggressive rodent behavior.

This is not a C-virus-related problem. This is a “filthy restaurant no longer dumping its trash on the sidewalk” problem.

During rodent-related service calls and inspections, environmental health practitioners should advise residents and business owners to eliminate conditions that may attract and support rodent presence. Preventive actions include sealing up access into homes and businesses, removing debris and heavy vegetation, keeping garbage in tightly covered bins, and removing pet and bird food from their yards.

These guidelines should be posted along the U.S./Mexican border… preferably on big, beautiful walls.

After natural disasters like hurricanes, communities often experience a decline in rodent populations, followed by an increase in rodent populations as commercial activity returns to normal. Environmental health programs should continue rodent monitoring and control activities after these events.

Rodent bait stations may become a more attractive food source for rodents, so stations may need to be serviced more often. It is important to monitor rodent activity during this time and develop indicators to help inform rodent control strategies. Integrated Pest Management: Conducting Urban Rodent Surveyspdf icon and Rodent Control After a Disaster provide useful information on monitoring rodents.

Who copy-pasted this natural disaster guideline into the infectious-disease section?

Follow established guidelines when cleaning up after rodent infestations to prevent exposure to rodent-borne diseases. Fleas are common on rodents. In areas of heavy rodent infestations, workers should consider using a repellant registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as effective against fleas to prevent flea bites and minimize exposure to fleaborne disease.

Miss #1: The people who need to be told that fleas are bad cannot obey this guideline because they are trespassing criminals who don’t speak English.

Miss #2: “Gov’t-approved workers should give gov’t-approved advice on the proper use of gov’t-approved equipment. Please consult informational brochure 13-666 ‘Big Brother Always Knows What’s Best For You’.”

Miss #3: Some useless government drone got paid to excrete this guideline. A socialist, obviously, because instead of trying to achieve a beneficial consequence, they tried to justify their salary and feel good about saving the world.

Miss #4: In all of this, they somehow failed to mention Los Angeles City Hall.
