After being correctly outed as a Socialist, Pastor and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary professor David Prince attempted a DARVO against his accusers. (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) I give him a 2/10, he correctly followed the form but hamstrung himself by mixing virtue-signaling into his defense. That undercut his eventual offense into comedy.
FIRST-PERSON: I am too conservative to stay silent on racial injustices

Identity politics being the definitive liberal agenda item in USA, it’s obvious from the headline alone that Prince is lying.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (BP) — In more than 25 years of ministry, I have been called a lot of things, but liberal, socialist and Marxist have not been among them. Well, there has only been one exception to that assertion. When I have spoken out about racial injustice, I have been called all three and more.
He doesn’t name his accusers. We don’t need to know but it’s a glaring omission.
As an Alabama-raised biblical inerrantist and expository preacher who believes in the exclusivity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, I make a strange liberal, socialist or Marxist.
He starts with denial of the charges.
Being from Alabama doesn’t prevent somebody from being socialist. Believing that the Bible is an inerrant collection of obsolete guidelines and charging for public speeches even less.
I have never been called any of those names when I have preached on the horror of abortion and advocated for abortion being outlawed by a constitutional amendment. Also, none of those names have come up when I have preached on the sin of homosexuality and opposed the tragedy of legalizing same-sex marriage.
TRAGEDY? No, Prince, homo-“marriage” is EVIL, not tragic. That there is everything wrong with you: you don’t believe in God. You believe in Social Progress, in Convergence, in Wellness.
Similarly, your colossal ignorance about American government is displayed with your supporting a Constitutional amendment that would have mandated a centralized government to regulate the behavior of individuals. I don’t care that ordinary people are that stupid; I care much that my society’s leaders are that stupid. When did incompetence become synonymous with authority?
While working as a youth minister in the first church I ever served, we had to remove a man from the congregation for advocating racist views. He was promoting the heretical curse of Ham theology, which teaches that God ordained the descendants of Ham to be marked with dark skin and relegated them to a subordinated status based on race.
That is not a heresy. I don’t think the “curse of Ham” is true and perhaps this guy was disruptive while giving his views, but don’t accuse him of heresy.
What would a church look like if it permitted dissident points of view?
In my first year serving as a pastor, I had a church member declare to his Sunday School class that he would no longer give to the International Mission Board’s Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. Why? The Alabama Baptist newspaper that week had a picture of an IMB commissioning service, and one of the couples being commissioned was an interracial couple.
When I met with him, he said, “People need to stay with their own kind.” Interestingly, he was married to a German lady. I responded to him with the Bible, and after calls to repentance, we took the final step of church discipline and removed him for his refusal to repent.
David Prince should demand that Jews make a point of intermarrying with non-Jews. It’s anti-Christ to claim that God meant races to be preserved, right? “There is neither Jew nor Greek”, remember!
In my second pastorate, during a Wednesday night service, I was teaching from James 2:1-7 on the sin of partiality. During these teaching sessions, I encouraged those who attended to interact with thoughts and questions. One older man spoke up and said, “It sounds like you are saying it’s OK for blacks and whites to marry.” I said, “Excellent observation! I am saying that.” His response was, “Even redbirds and bluebirds know enough to stay with their own kind.” I responded, “I was not teaching bluebirds or redbirds but rather the fallen seed of Adam.”
Sperg detected.
I then directed him to Acts 17:26 which says, “And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth.” Then I announced that we’d step away from our study through James for a few weeks and walk through what the Bible teaches on partiality. Over time, by God’s grace, that man came around.
Remember that Prince preached impartiality.
The church I serve now is my third pastorate. We have been very intentional in attempting to reach everyone in our community, and I have been vocal in speaking to cultural issues of racial injustice in the same way that I speak about the cultural injustice of legalized abortion.
By now, Prince has so virtue-signaled his career-long loyalty to the Socialist’s race agenda that he’s hamstrung his opening claim to not be a socialist. “I marched on Selma! I rode the bus with Rosa Parks! I left no white family unburdened with guilt! How can you accuse me of being a liberal?” Dude, please.
Our church also emphasizes reflecting the Gospel through adoption, fostering and orphan care. Because of that, many of our families display a variety of skin colors. Not one of the families with both black and white children have said that their black children are treated the same as their white children. Not one. Jim Crow may be dead, but his ghost still haunts our culture and sadly, our churches.
Alternative explanation: black children are treated differently than white children because black children behave differently than white children. Reality is like gravity, it doesn’t care whether you believe in it.
There is a Christian publication I have written for over the years, and they published every single article I ever sent them and would often appeal for content. I wrote a short piece arguing that churches should not be colorblind and that racial and ethnic toleration was an inadequate position as well.
Aaand there goes impartiality.
God: “There’s no difference between Greeks and Jews in My Church”.
Prince: “Churches in Greek areas should have more Jews than Greeks and vice versa. Quick, deploy some Eskimos to Arizona!”
I contended that we should reflect the view of heaven that celebrates, not tolerates, people from every tongue, tribe and nation gathering to worship Jesus Christ. I also argued that churches should pray, labor and be intentional in attempting to be as least as diverse as their community. There was a request that I tone the article down, and when I refused, it was rejected.
“Diverse” meaning “not white”.
I speak out about issues of racial injustice for the same reason I speak out on abortion and same-sex marriage. Namely, because I am a theological conservative committed to the authority and sufficiency of God’s inerrant Word. Article 15 of The Baptist Faith and Message, “The Christian and Social Order,” helpfully explains…
[Paragraphs of meaningless, third-party verbiage omitted]Now, Prince makes the attack.
The principle is that I will speak loudest on behalf of those who are vulnerable, marginalized and least like me. Likewise, I will speak the loudest in challenge and critique to my congregation and to those evangelicals who are most like me. I think this principle has served me well. Those who give me labels like liberal, socialist and Marxist are saying more about themselves than about me.
That was quick. And reversing the victim and offender:
I fear some theological conservatives today have become liberals on the issue of racial injustice. They speak vociferously and without hesitation on all kinds of moral issues, except one. On that one issue, the mantra is, “Do not talk about it; just preach the Gospel.”
I am too conservative for that approach. No matter what labels I am given, I will name the sin and preach the Gospel. After all, the Bible tells me so.
Sure, Davey Boy, it’s the liberals who want racially homogeneous societies! The Cuckiest Cuckservative that ever Cucked is not going to believe that. And sure, you don’t care what labels you’ve given. That’s why you wrote this article claiming those labels are wrong.
David Prince is a Judas trying to destroy God’s creation of distinct peoples and cultures… beginning with his own. Resorting to the SJW’s tactic of DARVO does nothing to prove otherwise.
“I am committed to opposing abortion and gay marriage because I am a theological conservative and bible inerrantist.”
I can’t stop seeing that as , “I am a severe conservative. ”
He gives comfort to enemy mindsets, such as redemption of the world by Critical Race Theory. They can never be a nameless soldier opposing abortion and being easily pigeonholed. They have to make themselves unique and cool by having some way to identify with the world and separate themselves from grubby prolifers.
I guess his Bible does not include Nehemiah 13:
23 In those days also I saw the Jews who had married women of Ashdod, Ammon, and Moab. 24 And half of their children spoke the language of Ashdod, and they could not speak the language of Judah, but only the language of each people. 25 And I confronted them and cursed them and beat some of them and pulled out their hair. And I made them take an oath in the name of God, saying, “You shall not give your daughters to their sons, or take their daughters for your sons or for yourselves. 26 Did not Solomon king of Israel sin on account of such women? Among the many nations there was no king like him, and he was beloved by his God, and God made him king over all Israel. Nevertheless, foreign women made even him to sin. 27 Shall we then listen to you and do all this great evil and act treacherously against our God by marrying foreign women?”
And the passage that I cannot find right now (maybe Ezra) about the Isrealite men sending their foreign wives away.
These passages do not teach all intermarriage is forbidden, but at least some intermarriage is forbidden. So the idea of refusing to “mix” is not wrong, at least in some circumstances.
Another example of a Churchian Executive Manager torturing, pretzeling. and perverting Scripture in order to assure themselves that th he can keep both feet firmly planted in th he World while pretending to be doing the work of the Kingdom.
Actually, they’re really just trying extra hard to fool/convince themselves. They don’t really believe in either God or His Power and Authority, because if they did they wouldn’t be so recklessly bastardizing his Word to raise themselves in the World’s esteem.
I don’t believe that they don’t believe in the Lord. I don’t think he’d be pro-life and against gay-marriage if so, nor believe in inerrancy .
But I think his audience is the world.
Who knows, we aren’t to play guessing games with that anyhow.
I think it’s fair to call him an immature person seeking to gain the world’s favor though. Cheap grace by mouthing platitudes that have no cost, though he claims to be suffering under being called a commie. At least he has people near him who are warning him of his world love, but he is rejecting and using it for selfish gain.
