It is both a fascinating exploration of Clown World and a major clue towards the mysterious forces that actually run the American Empire. But first, I must fisk the Establishment Republican reaction to it! They’ve had so much fun betraying Heritage America for decades that it’s come as a shock that their turn has finally arrived.

Oh noes! The Constitution has suddenly and overnight been overthrown! I’m guessing this Jew is Zionist since he’s not happy about it but I’m not interested in tweaking big noses today.
Not when Hunter Biden is on the menu!
On April 15, Preident Biden signed an Executive Order on Blocking Property with Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation. Contrary to its title, this EO is not about Russia. It is designed to allow the Biden administration to deprive American citizens and organizations of their rights and property by arbitrarily linking those persons to real, imagined, or vaguely defined activities of the Russian government.
Contrary to Leo’s opinion, this EO is not about American citizens. Globalists did that to us the first time Obama went around, thanks for noticing. Republican Establishment officials have been served notice that their services as loyal opposition are no longer valued.
The Biden administration unilaterally makes the determination and requires neither criminal acts nor intent. The punishment is blocking assets and a prohibition on any dealing with the accused person. Spouses and adult children of individuals found guilty by accusation under this EO are punished, too.

Dear reader, do you have a wealthy spouse in a position of authority? Are your adult children millionaire diplomats of the jet set? Of course not. You raised your kids to work for a living and your wife had a family instead of a career. If the government came after me for something a brother did elsewhere, I’d just be one more mouth to feed in the pen. Me being an outspoken white male Christian, the government doesn’t even need an excuse to come after me.
If the government punished your wife for something you did then the Sisterhood would eat that raw. So, who DOES have spouses and adult children in high positions of wealth and authority? The rich and powerful. The Bushes, the Bidens, the Kochs and Clintons, Kennedys, Garcettis and Steinbergs, oh my! All those Elites defying all those nepotism rules to keep the family thrones and jewels in-house.

Some of the language in this EO borrows from another: EO-13224 – Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions With Persons Who Commit, Threaten To Commit, or Support Terrorism. George W. Bush signed EO-13224 on September 23, 2001, in response to 9/11.

If Team Biden exterminates and confiscates the entirety of the Bush dynasty then it still won’t be enough punishment for the treacheries they inflicted upon America with their “War on Terror”.
However, Biden’s EO is as similar to Bush’s EO as an atomic bomb is to a sniper rifle. Bush’s EO targeted financing terrorism. It defined terrorism clearly and narrowly.

Leftist pseudo-elites have been eager to ban speech based on allegations that such speech may be beneficial to Russia. Such ideation has been present among Big Tech influencers for a long time. This EO effectively gives Big Tech, banks, and credit card companies a new pretext to deplatform conservatives and anyone else who opposes the Biden regime by claiming that they are now engaged in illegal activity.
BigCorp had already been doing this to us when Republicucks courageously threw Trump under the bus on behalf of those same Leftists. Why the hurt feelings this time?
Biden.s EO appears to allow the Democrat party to deny Americans the right to advocate against it in future federal elections.

This might be accomplished through a “determination” that Russia is interfering in elections against democratic candidates. Thus, any US citizens who also oppose Democrats [read, vote Republican] could be found to acting for Russia’s benefit, directly or indirectly.
I’m so, so sowwy, Republican Party… but you see, a vote for you might be a vote for Russia and I can’t risk that. I’ll have to vote Democrat for my own safety from now until you… um… win an election.
But don’t worry. The next midterms will be the most important election EVER! and you’ll do what always works for you: assume that all Heritage Americans have no choice but to vote for you and spend your effort courting the mystical “undecided voter” instead… that non-tenured college professor of Marxism who reached age 30 still being undecided about whether more taxes or more spending is more fun.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,
The International Emergency Economic Powers Act gives the President authority to (mostly unilaterally) regulate international commerce. This was most recently invoked by Trump to impose tariffs on Mexico in order to force their cooperation on border security measures.
National Emergencies Act is the framework for declaring and ending a national emergency. TL;DR whenever the President or a joint declaration of Congress says so.
INA section 212(f) says the President can declare a foreign national inadmissible to the United States. Heh, Biden had to reach back to 1952 for something that slows immigration.
Section 301 of title 3, United States Code is an emergency power that allows the President to appoint people without the approval of Congress.
Taken together, this isn’t martial law yet. Biden now has total control of international commerce and can appoint foreign powers to administer the Deep State without Congress’ approval.
I wonder. Congress’ only hold over the Executive Branch is the purse strings… but if the dollar collapses then they won’t even have that, and Biden’s new powers over commerce could allow the USA Federal Government to become fiscally independent of the USA entirely.

If Resident Biden had not been senile, he would have stopped here and recognized it meant him. Prediction: Biden will not be removed for dementia or other medical reason. That would cast unavoidable doubt on whether he’d been a vegetable since day one. (And yes, he was.) Instead, Biden will be revealed by Kamala as… a Russian asset!

Those “types of articles” are specifically food, clothing and medicine given to relieve human suffering. So, if Biden declared somebody to be a Russian agent then anybody who gives them food… either by sale or as charity… that food-provider is himself a Russian agent to be starved to death.
Goldstein wasn’t entirely wrong about this being a death warrant against the American people.
Sec. 7. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to section 1 of this order.
“Getting a warrant and notifying you of our suspicions would be a waste of time and create a paper trail.”
Sec. 9. Nothing in this order shall prohibit transactions for the conduct of the official business of the Federal Government or the United Nations (including its specialized agencies, programs, funds, and related organizations) by employees, grantees, and contractors thereof.
Or. The. United. Nations. Biden’s seized powers are perfect for setting up the Trans-Pacific Prosperity Economic Free Trade Zone or whatever the UN is calling it these days.
It’s official: the United States is now a wholly owned subsidiary of foreign governments.
This sounds bad. It is bad. But it’s not targeted at us anymore. We have little left to be stolen. Instead, now that our national wealth has been centralized into the hands of a few Elites, those Elites are now being targeted for wealth confiscation and impoverishment. All the Republicans that got rich off international free trade, it’s now open season on them.
No wonder the Republicans are upset about this. You can’t get blood from a turnip but maybe you can from a Bush.
This operation by the Obama/Kamala Junta to snuff out the last elements of freedom, independence, and masculinity in America fits well with the current DC rumblings about military action with Russia and perhaps others.
In such a national climate, the way to take out enemies is simple, declare them Russian agents, colluders etc. under martial wartime law. It’s An Emergency after all. The chosen refuseniks receive a summary judgment from the Executive Branch and that is that. Justice is served. Love wins!
